We warrant stoneware collections made by Costa Nova against manufacturer’s defect that results in excess chipping under hospitality usage conditions for the period of five years. Upon examination by our Representative, we will replace any pieces found to be defective with identical or equivalent pieces. Any and all breakage and chipping caused by abnormal or abusive use is expressly excluded from this warranty. We reserve the right to determine whether or not the chipping is from normal usage. Certain collections that require special handling are excluded from this warranty.
