Do you offer free shipping?
Inhaven is pleased to offer free ground shipping on orders $75 and more to our customers everyday within the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping is not available for some furniture or other large items, which require special handling and care due to their size and weight. Orders under $75, will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9 per order if shipping to the 48 contiguous states via ground shipping.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We are pleased to service Alaska and Hawaii! For Alaska and Hawaii, an 8% shipping fee applies per order, based on the total value of the order. Items with heavyweight charges are not available to be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to international locations?
We are not able to ship to international destinations and the US Territories at this time. We hope to offer international shipping sometime in the future!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Can I get something express shipped?
Express 2-Day Shipping is only available for orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day. Orders placed on or after 12pm ET will be shipped the following business day.
Can you hold my order or delay its shipment?
We're unable to hold inventory or delay shipments. We have partnerships with many quality brands across the US. Each brand ships directly from their warehouses and distribution centers all over the US. Because of this, if you’ve ordered items made by different brands, some products may arrive faster than others.
