We accept returns on damaged or defective items. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by sending us an email to email@example.com or calling us at 1-888-509-1268. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please save all packaging materials until you are confident that your item is not defective. Many of our manufacturers require the original packaging when sending an item back. Items without original packaging may be subject to a restock fee.
