1. LiveRez 2024 Ignite Partner Conference; April 8-10, 2024–Austin, Texas

2. Short-Term Rental Housekeeping Workshop; April 11, 2024–Miramar Beach, Florida
ETI Solutions has over 20 years of experience in cleaning and sanitation for short-term rentals. This market often lacks standardized cleaning practices, unlike hotels. ETI creates custom cleaning programs and provides expert advice. They also train staff on the correct use of cleaning products to ensure guests always have a consistent experience.
This conference features Sean Kemper from ETI Solutions and Brittany Blackman from Breathe Easy Rentals. Sean will share his expertise in cleaning processes and Brittany will offer insights on operations and guest relations. 3. 2024 VRMA Spring Forum; April 14-16, 2024–New Orleans, Louisiana
VRMA is a global organization that supports the short-term vacation rental industry. It offers education, resources and advocacy to help professionals improve guest and homeowner experiences. VRMA promotes the benefits of vacation rentals and emphasizes diversity and inclusion in its practices. The association also works to advance industry professionalism and growth.
The 2024 Spring Forum event will offer new ways to learn and connect, designed with member feedback. It includes focused education tracks on marketing/sales, business strategy and operations. The exhibit area will be interactive, promoting engagement. There will also be new networking opportunities and activities for fun. This event is set to provide valuable experiences and foster professional relationships in New Orleans.
4. CanStays Conference 2024; April 20-22, 2024–Banff, Alberta CA
The CanStays Annual Conference at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel is a key event for Canada’s vacation rental industry. This three-day conference will connect industry leaders, legislators, and tourism representatives to discuss challenges unique to Canada, such as economic and regulatory issues. The agenda includes educational sessions on tax law, marketing, labor and safety, plus keynotes, panel discussions and networking opportunities. There will also be a vendor hall and a podcast booth for recordings. This conference is crucial for property managers, owners, and operators in Canada.

5. Northwest Vacation Rental Professionals 2024 Annual Conference; April 29-30, 2024–Boise, Idaho
VRNatiion, formerly NWVRP (Northwest Vacation Rental Professionals) was founded in 2011 to foster collaboration among vacation rental managers in North America. It encourages sharing resources and best practices through "co-opetition." It also manages the Stays Group Marketplace, promoting members' brands like NorthWestStays and others. NWVRP focuses on trust and excellence, making its member properties top choices for short-term rentals.
The NWVRP Conference brings together vacation rental professionals for two days of learning and networking. Keynote speeches will focus on impactful business practices. Sessions will cover topics like direct bookings, trust accounting, and advocacy. Workshops will address risk management, marketing strategies and AI applications. This conference provides essential knowledge and skills for staying updated with industry standards and trends.

6. 2024 NW Regional Vacation Rental Spring Forum; May 9, 2024–Miramar Beach, Florida
FAVR (Florida Alliance for Vacation Rentals) is the largest vacation rental association in the USA. It connects sectors like rental managers, owners, and industry suppliers across Florida. This nonprofit organization has supported the state’s vacation rental market for over 27 years. Florida holds 26% of the US's vacation rental properties, contributing $31 billion annually to the local economy. FAVR provides education, advocacy, and networking to protect and enhance member businesses. Active participation in FAVR boosts company image and success through significant industry engagement.
7. Southwest Vacation Rental Spring Forum; May 21, 2024–Fort Myers, Florida
FAVR will also host the Southwest Vacation Rental Spring Forum in Fort Myers after the NW Regional Forum.
