• What is Fiesta®'s 5-Year Limited Chip Warranty?

  Fiesta® stands behind the durability of its dinnerware with a 5-Year Limited Chip Warranty. First-quality Fiesta dinnerware that chips under normal use may be eligible for replacement for up to five years from the date of purchase. Accidental damage, including breakage from drops, falls, or impacts, is not covered.
  If a piece purchased through Inhaven develops a covered chip, simply contact your Inhaven account team. We will help facilitate the warranty claim process and coordinate with Fiesta® on your behalf. Proof of purchase may be required.
• What are the shipping and return options for Fiesta products?

  Orders ship through Inhaven's distribution network. In-stock items typically leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. Oversized or freight items may require additional transit time.
  If an item arrives damaged, contact your Inhaven account team within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement, credit, or return.
